For some reason, after updating my iPhone to iOS 14.3, the Tips app stopped working; I get a blank black screen and all it says is: “Can’t get tips. Try again later.” There has been only a single other question that’s similar to mine—in this support community—and the only 4 troubleshooting methods (that I have already tried: Close and reopen the app, Restart your device, Check for updates, and Delete the app, then redownload it) do not work.

We would recommend you start by updating the iOS to the most recent version, iOS 14.6. Installing the latest update may fix whatever is causing this to occur. Just as a reminder, here are the different ways available to update iOS: Update your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support Be sure to follow the instructions on how to make a backup of your data before updating.
If the issue continues after updating, then the next step would be to install a fresh copy of the latest iOS. Here is how to do that: If you can't update or restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support
When presented with a choice of whether to Update or Restore, choose Update. Update installs a clean copy of the latest iOS, without affecting the data on the iPhone. Restore will erase all the data and install a clean copy. Again, be sure to backup the device before performing these steps.
