Haptic feedback in my magic trackpad 2 not working, (sometimes it starts working from time to time).

I'm using it with my Macbook pro 2015, I've tried reset NVRAM, PRAM, SMC, reseting device from bluetooth to factory, even changing battery, in service says there is no hardware issue. I tried it on windows computer with third party soft. Nothing helped. Maybe anyone knows what can be cause of this problem, or what solution can be implemented here. Thanks in advance!
