New ATV 4K box is producing a rainbow static. I have tried the following troubleshooting step with no luck, wondering if there’s any other suggestions.
Apple TV, tvOS 14
Can you try connecting the Apple TV box to a different TV? Does that eliminate the distortion?
Can you try connecting a different HDMI device to a port that was used by Apple TV before? Does that also have the distortion?
If the conclusion is that the issue is with the new box, then have it exchanged where you bought it.
