The loudspeaker on my iPhone 12 Pro switched off during a call and I couldn’t get it back on.

The loudspeaker on my iphone just switched off during a call and I couldn’t get it back on. Now I can only hear people if I put the phone to my ear. I’ve had the phone for only 2 weeks so far and this is very strange. I am not sure where to go in Settings to fix it. I have tried toggling the ringer bar like suggested by users online, and I have also rebooted the phone twice.

Please help :( Thanks in advance.
