I Phone 4, iOS 4
Tried to poke it with the end of the bic didn't work. Tried to clean it use a bobby pin didn't work. Tried to blow into the headphone jack didnt work. Even tried sucking the headphone jack, didn't work either. Finally using a bobby pin I tried to clean it focusing on the three balls inside and finally worked right after. Hopefully this works
Helpful for me thank you
I'm the exact same. iPhone 6 too.
Hi all, shame you went to the bother of obtaining a can of compressed air as I simply blew into the hole very hard and it was fixed immediately. What a surprise !
This helped me after trying the suction with my mouth, q-tip, paper towel and resetting my phone ... thanks to the blow dryer , it working instantly !!!!
Just happened to me and most of the suggestions didnt do anything. I have it one last shot and decided to use the hair dryer and it worked like a charm! Finnaly have my phone back to normal!
Hello, I had this same problem, and what worked for me is the rolled up tissue in the headphone jack for about 10 minutes. If this happens to you, not all is lost. The tissue idea saved me.
