There is one account: your Apple ID account, what you use for iCloud, and the App Store, and the iTunes Store. You can use that for Apple TV as well.
If you have an Apple TV+ subscription, then you should know, as one has to sign up for that. You can see your subscriptions (if you have any) in your subscriptions overview.
