I have a student account in Apple Music, can I sign in on two devices with the same Apple ID?

You can sign into two devices with the same Apple ID. However, unless you have the Family plan for Apple Music, you will only be able to listen to it on one device at a time.

I have about six devices signed into the same Apple ID. I can listen to Apple Music on any of them, one at a time.
