Since I upgrade to Catalina Music change the genre in my music library , I have an very large library that I keep organisez but Music keep changing my genre !!
I tried all the possibilities in preferences but nothing solve it !

If you have Sync Library enabled, it could be causing the genre to change. When the music syncs with Apple Music it may change the genre to the genre Apple Music uses for each song. Try disabling Sync Music and see if the issue persists.

We understand from your post that after upgrading to macOS Catalina, that the Music app is changing the genre you set for your music. Are these songs you have uploaded to your Mac from CDs? Music you have downloaded from a 3rd party source? Or music you downloaded from Apple Music? If you update the metadata using the steps from this article, does the issue persist?

Yes langage and region were correct,
In Music preference/advanced I uncheck the "automatic update of the illustration" (my translation)
It is mentioned that this option will update illustration ""and other informations based on the element of your library (my translation)

The settings to enable Sync Library may not be available if you do not subscribe to Apple Music or iTunes Match. For the next steps, check to make sure all language settings are set to French and not English.

I had this problem before but it's worse since I upgrade to Catalina.
My music is a mix of importing my cd into Music app and buying on Itunes store. I have a medium size library of 5,000 albums (45000 files) and I change the information myself via the "info" panel.
One example wich is recurrent is that certain music coming from the Itunes store have the genre "latin" In the info box I change it to "latino" but something they regress to "latin" or Classique will be changed to Classical.
Your helps highly appreciated.
