2nd, Apple does not control the creation of emojis, Unicode does -> https://unicode.org/emoji/proposals.html
This is a user to user only forum. And Apple has absolutely NOTHING to do with the creation of Emoji. The Unicode Consortium creates Emoji. You can send a suggestion to them via this link --> http://unicode.org/emoji/proposals.html

Nice to see you staying around, for this one feedback won't work since emojis have to be approved by Unicode. That is a good place if they want a new Animoji or Memoji features.
