I turned on find my phone on my iPhone and I forget my password for my iPhone

Why do you want to turn Find My Phone off? If the phone gets stolen or you lose it, you won't be able to track the phone or lock it.

If you forgot the Apple ID password, enter the Apple (iCloud) ID, and click Forgot Password. See if you can get a Rescue or Notification  email option if necessary. Link to contact Apple Support at the end of the 2nd article.
