Since I updated to iOS 14.6 the NRC app goes between not even appearing on watch and intermittently working, except the run isn’t save. I know that 14.6 isn’t working w Series 3 AW very well, but would greatly appreciate a wise soul to guide me out of the mess. Afraid to delete the app on phone and watch as I have 15 months of run data saved.

We understand Nike Run Club app is not syncing data consistently. Make sure Apple Watch is up-to-date. Restart both devices. Remove the app from Apple Watch and reinstall it. Delete apps from your Apple Watch can help with that.
Test to see if this behavior occurs with the native Fitness app. If it only occurs with the Nike Run Club app, it would be best to reach out to their support for further assistance.
