Hi,
In light of the news of Apple supplier Pegatron in California I wanted to know that if I give my iPhone for repair to Apple authorised Tech Support can your technicians access my private data without my passcode? I am not asking if they are allowed to I'm more specifically asking if they have the technology to bypass my passcode and access my private data (messages and photos etc)

This seemed more like an evasive reply.
I want to know if Apple tech support can access my data without my passcode
I understand it’s a good practice to backup my data and erase it from the phone before giving it to tech support but that’s not always an option. Especially when the phone is damaged and can’t switch on etc
So I’ll ask again in the hopes of to get a direct reply on this.
Does Apple Tech Support have the ability to access my data without my passcode?
