Why can’t I set up the Touch ID on my iPhone 6 despite I have tried all trouble shooting I found on this platform?

I restored my iPhone 6 after it started freezing and the screen was not working. So after I restored the phone seems to start working fine but I was unable to setup Touch ID again. The home button is working fine but the I can’t set up Touch ID again I have tried all possible suggestions on this platform from hard reset to restoring it it’s not working. I don’t know what to do anymore.
