Have you changed your Apple ID email address or password recently? Please click on this link and read "What to do after [or before] you change your Apple ID [email address] or password" --> https://support.apple.com/HT204071 - "After you change your Apple ID email address or password, you might need to update your sign-in information with any Apple services you're using." - Or if you're seeing persistent disabled messages or repeated requests for the password to your previous Apple ID. You may also wish to turn off "Find My" before changing information and turn it on again afterward.

If you really can't sort it out, see if Apple can:

Click here --> https://support.apple.com/choose-country-region Select your country, then a product. If you don't see one that handles your issue then keep experimenting with selections until you reach one that gets you a chat session or a telephone call and get the representative to redirect you.

An Apple Account has two things you need to sign in. One is the Apple ID which is an email address usually, and the other is a password. These give you access to all aspects of an account with Apple, including iCloud. So what you are asking about doesn't really make sense in this context. Your iCloud password is also your Apple ID password.

Click on this link to find out how to 'Sign in with your Apple ID' --> https://support.apple.com/HT201762 "After you log in, you can use the App Store, iCloud, iMessage, Apple Music, Apple TV+, and more."

Thank you for your response.

The problem is that my password for icloud is different from my password for Apple id when i try to login from my computer (using the same email address as you rightly pointed out).

I want to change the icloud password for the web and cannot find out how to do it. All works OK on the phone, it is integrated

Thanks

I actually want a different password for iCloud than Apple ID. I do not know why they are the same? The reason for my this statement is that they are two different services.
