How to delete app data?

Hi!

I was wondering how you can delete/reset the data that an app collects about you. I’m talking about data like your unique device identifier, etc. and even if I reinstall the app it still has the data in it. Let me give you an example: I made an account in an app, and now it doesn’t let me create another account there, saying this device is bound to another account. So the app identifies my device even after reinstalling it. Is there a way to bypass this and create another account?
