Unable to send code

I just want to know what this message mean all i wanted is to add my mobile phone as a payment method every time I tried to do it this message keep showing up and idk what is that even mean

You'll want to make sure that your carrier supports this options. Check out the availability by carrier and region here: Availability of mobile phone billing as an Apple ID payment method.


If it isn't supported, you can check out the payment methods you can use here: Payment methods that you can use with your Apple ID.


We didn't see an iOS version tagged in your post, you'll also want to confirm you have the latest iOS installed by going to Settings > General > Software Update. Be sure to back up prior to updating.


Update your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch
