How do I get my money back I no longer use the apps but still been getting charged and it’s costing a lot of money I don’t have

You can ask for a refund using these instructions:--> Request a refund for apps or content that you bought from Apple - Apple Support

Apple will judge (and let you know) if your request is eligible.

In all likelihood, you don't. Failing to cancel the subscription before being billed is not a valid reason for a refund.
