HomeKit automation turn off ac

I have two window AC units that work with HomeKit. I have an automation that can turn them both on simultaneously and one to turn them both off at a specific time. Turning them on works fine, but when it’s time to turn them off, one of the units will turn off, but the other will beep 4-6 times and then stay on (the excessive beeping also occurs when they turn on but they both at least turn on). I’ve found that if I make two separate automations separated by a minute, then it works as it’s suppose to.

Any ideas why simultaneously controlling both units would cause this?
