Above reply quite correctly describes how to enable Find My. Find My with AirPods and AirPods Pro can be less effective than some might imagine or might assume, as those are Bluetooth devices and connectivity is short-range and low-power. There’s no Wi-Fi and no cellular radios, so no medium- or longer-ranged location data. Per the WWDC Keynote, the next iOS 15 and iPadOS 15 versions get somewhat better about that Find My location data, as other unrelated iPhones that happen to be nearby to the lost AirPods can potentially relay location data. But… do set your expectations here.
