refund not yet reflected

Good day!


I would like to ask for a request or proof/receipt regarding my refund last MAY 2, 2021. The purchase was already been refunded. However, the smart communications need further details that you already refunded the items. I still cannot use my postpaid account because the amount that you've refunded was still reflecting at their end.

Can you send me a proof/receipt or any thing that I can show them that you already refunded it? Maybe you can give me a reference number or ticket number with regards to my refund concern. Please let me know of the details ASAP.

After you request a refund you'll receive a status update by email within 48 hours. If your request is granted, the money is returned to the payment method you used. The time it takes for the money to appear on your account or statement depends on the payment method:


- Store credit (e.g., Apple ID balance): 48 hours

- Mobile phone billing (payment through your phone service carrier): Up to 60 days

- Other payment methods (e.g., credit/debit card): Up to 30 days for it to appear on a statement.


You can also sign into https://reportaproblem.apple.com to check if the status of your item is "Refunded".
