Unmarking email as spam

Some time ago, I had marked an email as spam by mistake in my phone. At the time I did not know of the swiping with three fingers trick. I had moved the mail back into my inbox, however all future emails from this sender have been appearing in my spam inbox. I have moved each message from junk, but they keep showing up there.

I have tried clicking on “more” but nothing shows up to unmark as junk. All it gives me options to do are move it, flag it, or send to junk.

I am using the standard apple email app, with a yahoo email.

Greetings instantpuppypaper,

We see that you're looking for assistance with a sender that was marked as spam in the past on accident, but you're unable to undo this task as some time has passed.

As you're unable to undo this by swiping the email, you may need to visit your email domain's website to remove the sender from being marked as spam as this could be a rule set on their end as time has passed. For assistance with this, visit the following link:

Mark or unmark spam in a mobile browser

We hope this is able to help.

Cheers!
