App Store: You have not verified your Apple ID

Hello there,

I have a brand new MacBook Air which I use for work. I have been using the computer for 2-3 months now but I have been unable to use the App Store ever since I got my computer.

It looks like I managed to set up my Apple ID and password properly, but every time I try to access the App Store, the following scenario repeats over and over again:

I get these 2 popups one after the other and it looks like a vicious circle that I can't exit.

I need to get access to the App Store, but it looks like there is a problem. Can anyone help me update my apps and download new ones?

Thanks,

Mariya

Did you click Okay to get the verification instructions?

See if anything in Section 3 helps.
