Unable to use App Store on my MacBook

Trying to use App Store on my new MacBook. It says "You have not verified your account". Then I follow the instruction to resend the verification link and click the link in the email. The iTune Music is openned with error message says "There was a temporary problem completing your request. The iTune Store is temporarily unavailable. Please try again later". Also, there is another error message in background which says "Your request produced an error. [newNullRequest].

BTW, I am running on Ventura 13.4
