Recovering delted voice memos
I think my son deleted some voice memos from when he was really little. My heart is broken. How does one access/recover deleted voice memos???

Restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch from a backup - Apple Support
Note that restoring a device from a backup will overwrite everything currently on the device.
