Unable to Complete Touch ID Setup

Hi folks.

My problem is as my heading says.

After I updated my software my touch ID is no longer working.

I've tried stuff I found online but so far nothing works.

Does anyone have a solution?

We can see from your post that you've been unable to set up Touch ID and you've completed a lot of troubleshooting already.


You've mentioned trying the stuff you've found online but nothing has worked. We're just gonna share this guide with you: If Touch ID isn't working on your iPhone or iPad You might've already seen it, but it's got some great links included.


As a suggestion, go through the steps once more, and if it's still not working, follow the information included under "Still not working?". It gives you a few links to help check it further, including taking your iPhone to either an Apple Store, Apple Authorized Service Provider or contacting Apple Support.
