Double click side button

I’ve just upgraded to an iPhone 12 Pro Max & when I double click the side button on a Lock Screen it doesn’t bring up my wallet. I have tried turning the toggles in Apple Pay and wallet on and off again along with forcing a restart on my phone but it still doesn’t work.
