Bluetooth false connection
iPhone 11 indicates a connection to my Bluetooth speakers but the sound continues as generated by the iPhone speakers. Re-booting either device is ineffective. Help!

We'd love to assist you with your Bluetooth connection. Does the issue occur with multiple Bluetooth accessories? Does the issue occur when the speaker is connected to another device? Lastly, let's try resetting the network settings by going to Settings > General > Reset > Reset Network Settings. This also resets Wi-Fi networks and passwords, cellular settings, and VPN and APN settings that you've used before.
