iOS YouTube ‘switch account’ setting gone

This is a question that I would like to post to the Google community but I can’t seem to figure out a way to post a question in that forum, although I’ll keep at it.

The ‘switch account’ option in settings has been available since the app was Installed last month. Yesterday that option was no longer in the settings menu. A ‘turn on incognito’ option was now visible where as before it wasn’t.

Although a common and current source of chagrin for android users it’s bewildering is that in these last two days of research I’ve not found one other iPhone user who has experienced this. Additionally the option to auto update apps has been disabled since phone was acquired.

Has anyone who has had any experience with this offer some insights, advice or procedures to solve the problem?
