The option to remove family member isn’t on there like the directions say

its not letting me remove my son from my family it has 2 accounts

If the accounts are set to an age under 13, they cannot be removed, only moved to another family.


If there was a mistake in adding an account for your son to Family sharing, you will need to contact Apple Support to get it sorted out. You would need to completely delete the unwanted account form existence in that case.
