I am having a lot of trouble with T Mobile service in SW Littleton and Roxborough in Colorado. I was told to update carrier settings. How is this done? If this is still an issue. Is there another option or do I have to change providers?

I get this when I search for the activated hotspot: Set Personal Hotspot To activate the personal hotspot on this account, contact Carrier
