retreive trashed emails - help

Generally once an email is deleted from trash it is gone.

You can ask your mail provider if there is anything they can do to recover it.

Did you by chance set this up Archive or make copies of the information you store in iCloud - Apple Support

I don't use icoud, but Outlook sometime, when I delete a email from trash there is an option to recovery it.
