One of the ports on my M1 just stop working(it won't even charge my mac), I've tried connecting with a representative from Apple, but so far their methods has not been working, the last method we attempted which is to run diagnostic got stuck at the checking your mac screen for hours.
Please how do I resolve this🥲

Your M1 MacBook is covered by Apple's 1YR Limited Warranty (US). Take advantage of it. It will be faster if you had your MacBook examined at the Apple Store or at an Authorized Service Center. You have been in touch with Apple Support and may also ask them for ways to get your MacBook physically examined and diagnosed.
