i am residing in uganda and i have just bought new apple 6 series watch, when i am connecting blood oxygen and ecg apps its saying not available in your region ? Please help
then it doesn't make sense of buying the watch in countries where we cant utilize the apps which are really important related to health , its just waste of money for me ..
how can I get refund as I have got it from USA and I am now in uganda , is there any outlet in Uganda who can refund the money , please advice ..
it means that i cant get a refund now as its not possible to send watch back to usa and get refund , not very friendly policy
Neither of these features have been approved by your country's health authority.
You have 14 days from the date of receipt to return the watch for a refund.
You would have to return it to the USA,the watch's warranty is only valid in the country that you bought it.
