No Photos option under iCloud settings

I’m trying to turn on iCloud photos from my iPhone (iOS 14.6). I have purchased sufficient iCloud storage.

When I go to Settings->AppleID -> iCloud there is no Photos app listed to toggle on under ‘Apps using iCloud’.

How can I get my Photos app connected to my iCloud?

iPhone 8

Thanks so much for the hint Demo. It is not a company owned device but I do have a device management profile installed as I also use it for work. I took a look at the restrictions and indeed one of several is ‘iCloud Photos not allowed’.

I guess then I must stick to using the company issued Samsung and uninstall my company’s Device Management profile on my personal iPhone.
