Restore Iphone

Hi, Apple Support

I just wanted to see if you could help me restore and backup my phone, because i tried the itunes method and i can't trust the devices because my phone is currently disabled and nothing else seems to work. I also tried the icloud 'erase iphone' method and i did it and nothing happened to my phone and it was stressing me out to be honest, and i'm currently trying the finder method but it says to enter my passcode for the iphone but my phones disabled and that's the only method that was left.

HELP PLEASE !
