I received a email that I needed more iCloud storage. It wouldn’t let me buy the 2.99 plan so after days of not getting emails I bought the $9.99 plan which i don’t need. But was desperate to get my iCloud back up working.
im still not getting emails.

If you have bigger storage, then you wouldn’t run out of room. Unless I misunderstood you. Is it possible that your charge didn’t go through? Try contacting apple itself. https://support.apple.com/
