Refund

I requested a refund because my YouTube subscription was supposed to be free 1 month and apple charged me the full price. After my request was granted, i was told I would be getting a full refund, and I was no longer subscribed to YouTube premium, but my account never received the refunded $. What do I do now?

Approved refunds take up to 30 days for most payment methods; click here for more information. If it's been that long, contact the iTunes Store staff or your financial institution.
