beginner and senior workouts

I keep seeing these referred to, but no way to actually access them - where and how.

I'm 72, active and would like to get going on the workout app, but not ready to compromise my health with a hip hop workout for twenty somethings. Help, please.

So on your iPhone open the Fitness app and tap "Fitness+" at the bottom. Then scroll down to the section titled "Workout Programs". (It should be about midway though the page.) You can swipe though the three different programs or tap "See All" and just tap "Workouts for Older adults".

good information, and somewhat helpful, but where is the beginner's workout section that has been referred to in virtually every message that has shown up in my mail client since getting my apple watch a week ago? I'm not really comfortable going from the full-body kettlebell 1/2 hour workout I've been doing for a couple of years to a couple of new routines that may or may not take their place, and it doesn't seem possible to get the watch to recognize my current workout as excercise. Being over 70 I'm careful about adopting new routines without some assurance first and would appreciate the guidance promised by the beginner's routines outlined in the promotional materials....
