GPS arrow won't go away

The little GPS arrow won't go away on my iPhone 4, even when I've completely closed out all the apps (none left in background mode).

It went on last night when I was fiddling with an app, then never closed. Does it matter? It doesn't seem to be draining the battery.

Check in your settings which app is using your location services.

Check and see if you have any that's says "Always".

Change that for "When Using"

I had the same thing and I've noticed that my Facebook setting had changed.

I changed it and it removed from the battery.
