Dark patches on top of iPhone 7 Plus screen
The screen suddenly developed dark patches at the top. Looks like someone erased some areas. Any suggestions?

It's physically broken.
The display will have to be replaced.

Actually looks like someone hit the top of your phone with a hammer or it was dropped. Either can potentially damage its display.
