Search online to locate and call contact your nearest, “local” Apple Store location to try/attempt to make an appointment to get your Pencil replaced with another new Pencil, as your Pencil is still under warranty.

Is this a brand new Pencil 2 and iPad Pro 11 inch screen?
Prior to this issue, when was the last time your Pencil was charged up and used with your iPad?
Did the Pencil ever lay completely dormant for an extended period of time?
It is new device, and it was paired for couple of weeks. But I could not any more. I disconnected the Bluetooth connection but it is not showing as a device
also it is not showing the charging status
Once I connect the pencil through the magnetic it shows only “Apple Pencil” flashing slightly
