Possible hacking on my iPhone.

I clicked on a site that is on Safari, and after scrolling down a bit got an inappropriate video that was AirDropped to me. As soon as trying to decline the AirDrop, I was taken to a site and got a pop-up saying my iPhone has been hacked. I haven't been noticing anything serious going on yet, but don't know whether or not I should be using my iPhone. What should I do?

You were not hacked. The site tried to get you to reply and give them your personal info. If you did not the only thing I would do is clear your history and cookies in Safari and then restart the phone.
