Used iPad

I bought used iPad at goodwill, it’s disabled. If it’s stolen I would like to give it back to original owners. Anyway to do that? I know I should’ve just left it there. Lesson learned but I would gladly return it if it was in fact stolen.

Unless the previous owner put the device in Lost Mode and put information on the lock screen, there is no way for you to get information. Apple, nor anyone else can get you the previous owner's information, and they are the only one that can unlock it for you to be able to use it. Your best bet is to try and return it for a refund, or recycle the electronics responsibly.
