I lost my iphone without the simcard but i know its IMEI number and serial number, its an iPhone 6

or atleast can you help me delete all the info and data from my iphone?

and i backed up my lost phone few months ago, to the computer and not to the icloud because the phone was a 64gb and my icloud had only 5gb, so how i do restore the back up which i did to my macbook? Thank you
