Widex Hearing Aid Issue

On iPhone SE, IOS 14.6, with Widex Moment 440 hearing aids. Left hearing aid gives unusual errors (I'll hear "left, left, left" at odd times). Battery drains quickly, Often within a few hours after a 12-15 hour charge. Audiologist claims they replaced all circuitry and provided a new charger. The issue persists. I don't believe it is environmental - the issues happens at home and at work. I have not paired the HA with any other device. I use only the accessibility software - no additional apps for the hearing aids. Firmware and software are all up to date. Has anyone else experienced an issue similar to this? Any suggestions for further research? Any help would be much appreciated.

I have exactly the same problem, even worse as my left apparatus stopped working completely. I wrote Widex about this problem about 10 days ago, and I did not get an answer… however, I got replacements but the problem is still there. I know that Widex makes sophisticated hearing aids, but this is not funny, especially since it happened after the app update… I hope the technical staff can soon find a solution.

Have the same problem with 440

have had over 2 years with the best hearing aids ever & now nothing

checked firmware & app. Update are correct tried connection on my wife’s phone with no improvement.

. Widex replaced with new ones and issued new firmware. Same problem.

just wish someone would give a weekly update to the progress. Why not tell people there is a problem instead of delay tactic I just feel left out no aids & no where to go. Tom
