Issues with multiple apps like HBOMax, Sling, Hotstar, ZEE5 on new Apple TV 4K 2nd Gen(2021 model)

I am having multiple issues as described below with new Apple TV 4K 2nd Gen(2021 model). I

i has become so annoying that I stopped using new Apple TV 4K and reverted back to my Roku Ultra which has none of these issues. I am using the latest 8k HDMI cables of very good quality on both Roku Ultra as well as Apple TV 4K. I am using the latest updates versions of these apps.

1. HBOMax couldn’t play in DolbyVision while Roku Ultra is able to for same content
2. Sling app has problems of freezing in Apple TV 4K and then I have to restart it
3. Sling, Hotstar and ZEE5 apps couldn’t skip or forward/reverse content on Apple TV 4k while they work perfectly fine with Roku Ultra

I am going to return Apple TV 4K if these problems are not fixed in a week or so.
