Using my iPhone apps when I haven’t paid my phone bill
If I don’t pay my phone bill, will apple not allow me to continue using my iPhone apps, etc??

No, but then you'd only be able to use apps on Wifi as not paying your cell phone bill will end your cellular service, so Wifi will be your only option for apps requiring an internet connection. You won't be able to make or receive phone calls.
