Maps voice through Apple car play

Cannot hear the maps voice whiling using Apple car play. It was working then stopped. How do I get it back?

iPhone 8, iOS 14

Next time you are in your car and CarPlay is ON then follow the instructions in this guide published by Apple ➔ Change Audio Settings for Turn by Turn Directions and see whether one of the settings change resolves the issue.
