Movavi screen recording, can't record audio

I cannot record audio on my movavi screen recorder.... When I click the icon to record audio a promt comes up saying (cannot finish installing ACE to install ACE and record sound, grant ACE access on the general tab in the Security and privacy preferences.)

Other users are having the same issue and I did exactly what was told to do and did not fix the issue. I clicked on microphone and granted access to movavi, still not working.
