You will need to talk to your cell provider - they provide the towers and signals.

As it so happens, we seem to live in a low signal area - regularly only have 1 - 2 bars at home. If I walk to a south facing window or outside, the bars jump to 2 - 3. It was worse with T Mobile; trying AT&T now which is slightly better.
